Digital Services
All services provided by Encoded Web, including but not limited to website design, website development, eCommerce development, SEO services, branding, maintenance plans, consulting, and custom digital solutions, are considered digital services.
Project Deposits
Project deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, research, and resource allocation.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
No work has been started on the project.
The cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
No project materials, designs, concepts, or deliverables have been provided.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Completed projects or delivered work.
Custom website design or development services.
SEO, marketing, consulting, or strategy services already performed.
Subscription periods that have already begun.
Digital products, templates, downloads, or other electronically delivered items.
Services delayed due to the client's failure to provide required information, content, approvals, or feedback.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting us in writing.
If work has already begun, Encoded Web reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance, if applicable, may be refunded at our discretion.
Revisions
Client satisfaction is important to us. Where applicable, revision rounds included in the purchased package will be provided before a project is considered complete.
Subscription Services
Monthly maintenance, hosting, SEO, and other recurring services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Encoded Web first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
